Premium Gift Card Guide

Step 1. Buy Premium Gift Card

You can add one or more products (gift cards or other) to your cart and make your purchase normally. You do not need to configure anything before buying the gift card.

Step 2. Receive confirmation email

Once you purchased a gift card and the payment has been validated, you will receive an email inviting to configure your gift card before sending it to the person of your choice.

Step 3. Configure your gift card

The configuration space is found in the customer account, under My Gift Cards. All purchased gift cards are found in this section. By clicking on the Configure button, you can start to configure your gift card and therefore personalize the following elements:

- Name of the gift card recipient

- Name of the sender

- Personalised message

- Choice of gift card type:

1. Send by email - recipient's email address and choice of sending it immediately or at a later date (date of choice)

2. Download the gift card as a PDF - you can then give the gift card directly to the recipient

Step 4. Receiving the gift card

Once you have configured and saved your gift card, the chosen action is carried out (sending by email or immediate downloading as a PDF).

If you have chosen to send the gift card by email, the recipient will receive an email at the address provided, containing the elements indicated in the configuration as well as the value of the gift card, the associated code and expiry date.Premium Gift Card Guide
