PAYMENTS BY CREDIT CARD
Payments by credit card are made in full at the time of order, and exclusively in euros.
Credit card payments are secured by the Stripe solution, in accordance with Belgian and international interbank regulations. This solution allows the buyer to make purchases securely.
When paying online for your order, the card number is encrypted between the browser and the Stripe server.
All information related to your credit card is only stored in Stripe's databases, and not in those of ZOLI99.COM.
Under no circumstances do we receive, record, or store any information regarding your banking details.
Orders are only processed after payment has been confirmed; no discounts or late fees are applicable.
PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER
Payments by bank transfer are made in full at the time of order.
On the "Order Summary" page, when choosing your payment method, select "Bank Transfer".
You will then have 3 days to send your payment via bank transfer to the ZOLI99.COM bank account (details accessible at the time of order confirmation and in a confirmation email). After this period, your order will be canceled.
Your order will be confirmed upon receipt of your transfer. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
IMPORTANT: In the case of payment by bank transfer, delivery times will be extended according to the time required to receive and process your transfer.
PAYMENT BY VOUCHER
Vouchers can be used on the website of the issuing store's country.
Each voucher can only be used once and cannot be exchanged or refunded for any reason. Therefore, if the amount of the voucher exceeds the order amount, the difference is lost.
Vouchers can be used in conjunction with another payment method.
PAYMENT BY GIFT CARD
The ZOLI99.COM gift card is valid for 1 year from the activation date. The activation date corresponds to the sending date by email for cards purchased online.
Cumulative up to 5 cards and €3,000 in purchases. It cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash for any reason.
In case of system failure, the validity period of the card cannot be extended.
PAYMENT WITH CREDIT
Credit is usable on the website of the issuing store's country and is valid for 1 year from the issue date. Credit can be used in one or more installments.
Credit can be used in conjunction with another payment method, except for gift cards and vouchers.
On the "Order Summary" page, when choosing your payment method, select "Use a gift card, voucher, or credit", choose "Credit" and enter the number and security code of your credit.
PAYMENT IN INSTALLMENTS
Only purchases between €500 and €3,500 are eligible for payment in installments with Alma.
100% secure payment in 2 or 3 installments with no interest and with a one-time processing fee of €69.99.
