Standard Delivery

Standard delivery is available in Belgium, France, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. 

The delivery will be made to the foot of the truck, the products will not be assembled or placed in the room of your choice and the packaging will not be taken back.

No appointment is possible but you are warned in advance of your delivery. It is possible that your delivery may be cancelled on the same day in case of force majeure. 

If you are not on site and no third party can receive your shipment, your package will be delivered to a relay point (GLS) or to a neighbour (Zoli99 delivery service) and if our delivery driver cannot deliver to a neighbour, your package will be returned to our depot. 

Premium Delivery

We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality service. It is with this in mind that we are proud to present our Premium Delivery option. For only 99 euros, enjoy a hassle-free furniture delivery experience, designed to facilitate your purchase.

What does Premium Delivery include?

Premium Delivery offers an exceptional delivery service that includes:

1. Delivery of Your Furniture to the room of your choice: Your new piece of furniture is delivered directly to the location of your choice in your home. Please note that our delivery drivers cannot carry furniture up the stairs. There must be a sufficiently large elevator or you will be delivered on the ground floor.

2. Packaging Take-Back: We take care of the return of all packaging, so that you do not have to worry about clutter or recycling.

3. Delivery by appointment: We can keep your package and delay your delivery in order to deliver later (maximum 6 months), this is particularly practical during holiday periods or when you are waiting for your move. You choose the delivery day among the availabilities of the schedule at your convenience.
