What payment methods are accepted by ZOLI99?

We offer you the option to pay for your online purchases using the following methods:

 

1. Credit Card

 

Payments by credit card are made in full at the time of ordering, and exclusively in euros. 

Credit card payments are secured by the Stripe solution, in accordance with Belgian and international interbank regulations. 

This solution allows the buyer to make purchases securely. 

When paying for your order online, the card number is encrypted between the browser and the Stripe server. 

All information related to your credit card is stored only in the Stripe databases, and not in those of ZOLI99.COM. 

In no way do we receive, record, or store any information regarding your banking details. 

Orders are only processed after payment validation, so no discounts or late payment penalties apply.

 

2. Bank Transfer

 

Payments by bank transfer are made in full at the time of ordering. 

On the "order summary" page, when choosing your payment method, select "Bank Transfer." 

You then have 3 days to send your payment by transfer to the ZOLI99.COM bank account (details available when confirming your order and in a summary email). 

After this period, your order will be canceled. Your order will be definitively confirmed once we receive your transfer. 

A confirmation email will then be sent to you. 

IMPORTANT: In the case of payment by bank transfer, delivery times will be extended corresponding to the time required to receive and process your transfer.

 

3. Alma (payment in installments - 2 or 3x interest-free)

 

Only purchases between €500 and €3,500 are eligible for installment payments with Alma. 

100% secure payment in 2 or 3 installments without interest and with a one-time processing fee of €69.99. 

This option is reserved for customers holding a credit card of the type Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Bank Cards issued by a payment service provider in the European Union, or a payment account held by a payment service provider in the European Union, and a phone number. 

Accepted countries: Italy, Luxembourg, France, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Austria, and Ireland. 

In case of payment by card, it must be valid for at least one month after the date of the last installment. 

Authorization-only cards, credit cards, prepaid cards, virtual cards, or cards issued by a provider in a country outside the European Union are not accepted.

4. Payment by Voucher

 

Vouchers can be used on the website of the issuing store's country. 

Each voucher can only be used once and cannot be exchanged or refunded for any reason. 

If the voucher amount exceeds the order amount, the difference is lost. 

Vouchers can be used in combination with another payment method and must be entered in the promo code field in your cart and validated. 

Make sure the code is correctly applied to your order before confirming your purchase.

 

5. Payment by Gift Card

 

The ZOLI99.COM gift card is valid for 1 year from the activation date. 

The activation date corresponds to the sending date by email/download for cards purchased online. 

Cumulative up to 5 cards and €3,000 in purchases. It cannot be exchanged, refunded, or converted to cash for any reason. 

In the event of a system failure, the validity period of the card cannot be extended. 

To use it, the code must be entered in the promo code field in your cart and validated. 

Make sure the code is correctly applied to your order before confirming your purchase.

 

General Information:

 

Your order will only be validated once ZOLI99 receives your payment (full payment for all methods except Alma: after the first payment and Klarna: for the 30-day payment option). 

A confirmation email including your order number and invoice will be automatically sent to you.
