Once your order has been placed, you will no longer be able to modify the items ordered. However, you will be able to change your contact details and delivery details by going to My Orders. You can still contact your advisor via +32 69 22 56 53 (Monday to Thursday from 08H-12h30 & 13h30 -17h and Friday from 8h-12h) to find a solution to your request.


Yes, as long as it has not been shipped.

Simply contact us so that we can cancel your order and refund you in the form of a voucher by deducting the initial shipping costs.

Cancellation requests made after the order has been shipped must be made at the time of delivery by refusing to accept the order or within 14 days of the items being shipped by contacting us.

Once you have informed us of your cancellation request, we will take care of providing you with a return label for your item.

If you need to return an item, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. 

The amount of your return costs is 15% of the total amount of the order, including VAT and shipping cost. 

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to indicate your wish to return one or more items.

You then have 14 days to return the parcel to us.

The return is made by the same carrier used during the shipment.

 

Procedure:

 

1- Send an e-mail to the after-sales service using the contact form, accessible in the "Contact us" section of the Zoli99 site.

 

2- Attach to the e-mail, photos of the item (s) wanting to be returned, the after-sales service team must see in these photos:

 

 

       - The product in its original unopened packaging.

 

       - Before closing the return package, slide the COMPLETED return form with all the requested information. If this form is not present during the appraisal of return packages by our logistics team, the refund of the item (s) will not take place.        - The closed package ready for dispatch.

3- Study of the validity of the return by the after-sales service. We have to wait for the team's return, which takes place within 48 working hours.

 

 

4- The return is validated.

 

 

5- For shipments via GLS / PostNL: Free sending of the return label, to be affixed to the package, itself to be deposited within 48 hours at the relay point / PostNL point of your choice. Drop off the package at the relay point of your choice. In order to find the relay point / or PostNL point closest to you, go on the internet and carry out a search with your postal code.

 

- For shipments via Geodis / Van Mieghem / VIR, the return will be made by organizing a home collection, there is no need for a return label, the entire procedure is digitized. Collection can only be done Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pickup can be done at the address of your choice.

 

 

6- Delivery of the package, monitored by our after-sales service team using the tracking number.

 

 

7- Once the package has been received by our logistics team, the packages are appraised and receipt is validated.

 

 

8- Refund of item (s).


Your refund will be made in the form of a voucher.

  • Une carte cadeau achetée sur le site internet Zoli99, est valable uniquement sur notre site Zoli99. L'utilisation d'une carte cadeau achetée sur le site internet dans nos magasins Zoli99 vous sera refusé.
  • La carte cadeau est valable durant 1 an à compter de la date de réception.
  • La carte cadeau est utilisable en une ou plusieurs fois.
