What happens if my item arrives damaged or if the wrong item was sent?

If after having received your order, you realize that you are not satisfied with the quality, or if the wrong item has been sent to you, please contact us as soon as possible, sending us if possible some pictures of the damaged item or the wrong item on [email protected] , an answer will be given to you as soon as possible.
Our team will evaluate your request and advise you of the steps to follow in order to return your item. They will also take care of your refund in the form of a voucher of the same value, organize the repair of the damaged item if necessary, or order a replacement item for you.
In order for us to proceed with its return, the product must be disassembled and in its original package.
